The firm’s members are registered with the Chamber of Patent Attorneys of the Czech Republic, qualify as European patent attorneys registered with the European Patent Institute EPI, and act as European trademark attorneys authorized to represent clients directly before the EUIPO. At the same time, we manage all international trademark and PCT patent proceedings. Thanks to our long-term involvement in international professional organizations such as AIPPI, INTA, LES, and ECTA, we have built an extensive network of cooperating legal experts and patent attorneys in every jurisdiction. This allows us to provide a predictable path to securing and maintaining global protection for innovations, brands, and related intellectual property.
